A Taste of Israeli Culture (Hebrew title: קצתרבות) is a series of seasonal cultural events.

 

In 2019-2020, we had a few Israeli cultural events in Amsterdam and in other cities in The Netherlands., even after the Corona hit:

- November 2019 – "Earthly Divine" a concerts of HILLHAR, music carrying messages of inner and world peace.

​

- May 2020 – A live, ZOOM show of Spoken word and interactive music event of the Israeli poet Yoram Tahar Lev, accompanied by the local Dutch Israeli band "Zan Nadir".

​

For the next season of 'A Taste of Israeli Culture' we plan an Israeli Stage Festival, celebrating Israeli culture, AND the freedom to meet each other in the theaters:

​

- September 2021 - the local production of 'Oh God' by Anat Gov.

 

- September-October 2021 - "Repertory Theatre' a comedy from Israel.

​

- October 2021 - Corinne Allal and Zan Nadir in concert

​

- October-November 2021 - in various venues in Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam, a couple of performances by Amichai Pardo:

• ’10 Matchboxes’ – an interactive one-man play based on the story of Janusz Korczak

• ‘You will tell Your Son’ - a presentation of 36 paintings done by his grandmother, depicting her family's escape from Poland to Palestina.
